Shipping information

NOTICE: WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING STUDIOS SO ALL ORDERS MADE AFTER TUESDAY 6TH OF APRIL (1PM) WILL BE DISPATCHED ON WEDNESDAY 14TH OF APRIL. FROM THEN ON OUR USUAL DISPATCH DATES WILL CONTINUE. PLEASE SEE BELOW.

DURING THE PANDEMIC WE ARE LIMITING DISPATCH TO ONCE A WEEK ON MONDAYS AT 12PM. ORDERS MADE AFTER THIS WILL BE DISPATCHED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT OUT EVERY TUESDAY.

IF YOU'RE A CUSTOMER FROM OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR SHIPPING DELAYS ACROSS ALL POSTAL SERVICES DUE TO COVID-19. WE ARE ALSO EXPECTING DELAYS AT UK BORDERS DUE TO BREXIT (THE UK LEAVING THE EU FROM THE 1ST OF JANUARY).

DUE TO THE UNUSUAL CIRCUMATANCES OF CURRENT EVENTS WE CANNOT GUARENTEE SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES.
PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO WAIT AS THE DELAYS ARE UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We cannot refund or exchange any items once they have been shipped. All measurements for the t-shirts can be found in the item listing please check before buying!

Please do not leave any postage information in the order notes as we are unable to pass this information along to the postal service.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you are ordering from outside the UK please read the following information carefully.

Once your item has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number please keep an eye on it.

For shipping to US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and other countries, It usually takes around 2-3 weeks but due to Covid-19 and Brexit we cannot guarentee these wait times. Please Oorder well in advance and check the tracking number if it is taking longer than expected. If you are having issues tracking your item please contact  info.pollynorstore@gmail.com

All orders must be signed for if it arrives while you are out it may be taken to your local depot for collection. Again, please check your tracking to locate and collect it. If it is left unclaimed for too long it will be returned to the UK. We will not be held responsible if orders are returned to us due to incorrect / incomplete address's or for items that go unclaimed at the depot. If orders are returned to us we will have to charge the international postage cost to resend the item to you. 

Please order well in advance for gifts and events to avoid disappointment, there is nothing we can do to speed up the shipping / customs process. 


CUSTOM CHARGES / IMPORT TAX 

Some international orders may be subject to additional customs charges / import taxes - this varies by country, please check with your local customs (or search online) to see if your country charges for imported goods from the UK. Any tax fees that may occur are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. We will not be held responsible for any additional charges, shipping costs or import fees that occur if orders are returned to us. 

As of January 2021, all EU orders may also be subject to these customs charges /import taxes, please check with your local customs to see if you will be affected.

Postage and packaging charges

International shipping is expensive because we have to send packages tracked and insured. We try to set the postage costs accurately but due to Royal Mail regularly changing their postage prices and the way our shop host calculates the shipping it can occasionally overcharge for shipping. If you believe you have been significantly overcharged for shipping please email us and we will correct this.
