Shipping Information

All products will be dispatched within 5 working days of purchase via 1st class Royal Mail. 

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and secure as I cannot refund or replace any items once they have been shipped. 

International Orders - if you are ordering from outside the UK please read the following infomation carefully.

For Shipping to US, Canada and Australia please allow up to 3-4 weeks. 

If your item takes longer than this please check your tracking number or contact info.pollynorstore@gmail.com so we can track your item.

***Recently some international postal services haven't been posting notice slips for customers to collect items when they have attempted delivery so please check the tracking number if it is taking longer than expected just incase it is being held at your local depot. I won't be able to cover the cost of resending items that are returned to the UK.***

Please be aware that international items sent in the buildup to the Christmas holidays are liable to additional delays - While i will try and keep you updated, I cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive by a specific date due to delays at the border. Please order well in advance for gifts and events to avoid disappointment, there is nothing I can do to speed up the shipping / customs process

Customs Charges / Import Duty

Items may be subject to additional customs charges / import taxes - this varies by product & country, please check with your local customs agency. These fees are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders.

Please note I am required by law to put the full amount for the package contents on the customs form.
