I currently dispatch once a week. Usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Once your order has been dispatched you will recieve an email with your tracking details.
Unfortunately I cannot refund or exchange any items once they have been dispatched. All measurements for clothing can be found in the item listing, please check before buying
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Some countries charge additional taxes or fees for imports from the UK. This includes all of Europe since Brexit. The customer is responsible for paying any additional import costs upon arrival.
International delivery usually takes around 2 weeks from dispatch but I cannot guarentee this, so please order well in advance and check the tracking number if it is taking longer than expected, just incase your parcel arrived while you were out and is waiting to be collected from your local depot. If you are having issues tracking your item please contact [email protected]
If your parcel is taken to your local depot for collection but is not collected in time, or if you refuse to pay the custom fees the parcel may be returned to sender, and will no longer be covered for loss or damage.
If any unclaimed parcels make there way back to me, I will contact the customer to arrange resending it. Unfortunately we will have to charge the shipping fee again to cover the postage.
Postage and packaging charges
International shipping is expensive because we have to send packages tracked and insured. We try to set the postage costs accurately but due to Royal Mail regularly changing their prices and the way our shop host calculates the shipping on large orders it can occasionally overcharge for shipping. If you think you have been significantly overcharged for shipping please email us and we will be happy to correct this.
Brazilian Customers
Please include your CPF in the orders notes so that we can include it on the packaging. You are recommended to attatch your tracking number to your CPF on the correios website https://www.correios.com.br
